Villa Aksa is located in the Haramous district of Djibouti, close to Ecuador and adjacent to the Gulf of Aden. The weather conditions in the region have high temperature and humidity levels. At the same time, this region is located in the earthquake zone. In line with all these factors, the building we designed has environmentally friendly and sustainable features. Villa Aksa is also Djibouti's first prefabricated building.
