V'NUE residences are located in the northern region of İzmir's Ödemiş district, which started to develop with new zoning plans.

The project consists of three blocks located around a common courtyard. In the block facing the main street, there are commercial units on the ground floor and residences of different typologies on the upper floors. In other blocks, there are residences with gardens on the ground floor and terraces on the upper floors, overlooking both the inner courtyard and neighboring streets.

The block located on the western façade is the first building perceived when approaching the project area and is in relationship with the open sports and playgrounds on the neighboring parcel. For these reasons, we differentiated the facade design and materials of the block and gave the building a representative quality. By separating the mass in the southwest area from the ground, we both made the courtyard entrance defined and created a social space for residential users.
