Tatsaloğlu Apartment is a building located on a narrow parcel in Bostanlı, one of the important districts of Izmir. There are commercial functions on the ground floor of the building and residences on the upper floors. Although the narrow plot was challenging in the design process, an aesthetic and compact design with functional space solutions emerged.

We designed a facade that would make the building stand out from other surrounding buildings. We achieved a dynamic effect by using an asymmetric composition on the facade. We chose wood as the material to give a natural and warm effect.
