Panorama project is an office project with an important location, located on Anadolu Street, which connects the north and south axis, and on the gulf coastline. During the design process, the importance of location and view was taken into consideration and the project was aimed to gain prestige.

The view of the building guided the concept of the project. We enabled users to establish a strong visual relationship with the view within the building. In order to effectively benefit from the view in the office, we designed these floors as glass curtain walls. Offices where Izmir Bay and sunset views can be enjoyed have the potential to increase employee motivation. We also placed at least one balcony as an open space on all office floors.

In the project, we gave importance to the relationship between horizontal and vertical masses and tried to ensure that the height of the building and the width of the plinth were proportional. In order to increase the perception of height of the vertical mass and create an aesthetic rhythm, we divided the facade into 3 parts. With this division, which is also reflected in the plan scheme, we designed office areas in the floor plans in accordance with the needs program.

One of the important spaces of the project is the terrace floor. A restaurant was designed on this floor with a terrace arrangement featuring green areas, outdoor furniture and event space.
