We set out from urban and environmental factors when designing our project, located on Ankara Street, one of the main arteries of Izmir. The industrial texture in the history of the region and the occupancy-void relationship that continues to exist haphazardly in the arterial axis shaped the design's own paradigm.

While creating the mass identity of the building, we considered the main volume and secondary facade layout together. We used steel, concrete, wood, glass and green elements in the design. We met user needs by providing spatial flexibility in living spaces with different plan typologies. Residential and commercial functions were designed together in the building. It is planned to cover the building expenses with the commercial spaces on the ground floor. With the social areas and swimming pool on the roof terrace, users are provided with recreation opportunities on a building scale.
