Designed according to the needs of a single user, this project is a loft apartment on the Egesuits penthouse.

Izmir bay and sunset can be viewed from the living and dining areas to the west. The bedrooms and the kitchen to the east have forest views. Two different views offer areas where users and guests can have a pleasant time. While the gallery supports the sense of spaciousness in the interior, daylight is allowed in in a controlled manner with the sky window.

We showed a balanced, simple and contemporary design approach using wood and marble materials throughout the house. The project structure was manufactured using steel and concrete structural elements.
