Kavuklar house has a design language that combines Scandinavian minimalism and contemporary elements. The warm and ergonomic spaces of the house were designed in a simple style.

There is a comfortable living area and functional kitchen overlooking the forest view to the east; In the west, there is a seating and dining area overlooking the Izmir bay and sunset views.

A warm relaxation area colored in pastel tones was designed on the mezzanine floor, where the sunrise and sunset can be watched. On the same floor, there is also a bedroom and a dressing room that becomes a part of the room with its transparent walls.
