Kavuklar House is designed with Scandinavian minimalism and modernist design manner. With its warm and ergonomic spaces, the house takes its spirit from simple minimalist design.
In the east, there is a living room overlooking the forest and minimalist, useful kitchen. In the west, there is a dining room furnished with Italian style and overlooking the view of sunset and Izmir bay. These areas offers a livable spaces for owners and their guests.
At the mezzanine, there is a resting area where the owners could watch the sunrise and the sunset. This peaceful environment decorated with pastel tones reminds you to spare time for yourself. At the same floor, there is a main bedroom where you feel the Mediterranean breeze, and in this space there are changing room with a transparent walls and a lavender scented bathroom.
