The mixed-use building, which we designed with a simple approach, is located on Ankara Street in Izmir. We ensured simplicity in space organization and façade composition. On the façade, we proposed a double-skinned system with a steel-framed shell on a transparent glass cladding surface. With this system, we have added aesthetic depth to the structure while making facade cleaning easier from a functional perspective.

There are commercial areas on the ground floor of the building and office areas on the upper floors. Entrance to commercial areas is from the main street, and entrance to office areas is from the back. There is a private terrace on the rooftop of the building for the use of office employees.
