The Lagoon Blu project is integrated next to the existing structure. In order to increase the existing hotel capacity, an additional building was designed on the adjacent parcel and connected to each other. According to the new project designed, the facade of the old building was also reconsidered. Shops and hotel entrance are located on the ground floor, hotel rooms are located on the other three floors, and a fitness center and restaurant are located on the rooftop.
