Located in a special place in Djibouti city, the building combines residential and commercial functions. Considering the diversity of user profiles, we prioritized different scales and housing types in the design of the building.

In the project, we heavily included social facilities as well as residential areas. There are indoor and outdoor social facilities on the ground floor and attic. There are commercial functions on the ground floor and residences on the upper floors. We designed a professional gym and restaurant on the third floor of the building. With its attractive view, this restaurant offers its users a nice pastime. Regional climate data were taken into account in the facade design and the spaces were designed accordingly. These openings were placed at dimensions that would provide a comfortable amount of daylight.
