We planned an auto industry project on a land of approximately 21,400 m² in Djibouti, Africa. After planning the circulation distances, we proceeded with the design that was most useful and had the highest number of garages among the project alternatives. The settlement, which consists of 4 main blocks, has a total of 72 garages that have a single facade and comply with the standards. We planned a management building and a social facility for employees in the area where the entrances and exits to the auto industry are located.

A standard garage module was designed with dimensions of 13m x 10m. While there is a repair area and accounting on the ground floor, there are employee dressing rooms with showers and a storage area on the mezzanine floor. We envisioned solar energy panels on each garage module that could meet its own energy needs. We used horizontal windows just under the roof to provide ventilation in the garage.
