Villa Koca is located on the coastline of Izmir, in the Aliağa district, in an area with new buildings. Located on the West-East axis, the villa has a view of Aliağa port and bay. The project was designed in line with environmental and sustainable qualities. The villa, which consists of four floors with a basement and attic, includes areas such as a swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath, cinema room, sports area and second kitchen.
