ACS Plaza is located in Djibouti in the Horn of Africa. The project, which consists of offices and residences in different typologies, has a construction area of 5860 m² on an area of 1000 m². This mixed project was designed with functions such as rentable offices, meeting areas, co-working spaces, gym and parking lot.

The building structure was designed with reinforced concrete on the basement floor and steel construction on the other floors. In the 8-storey building, functions were grouped according to floors. While there are shops on the ground floor, rentable meeting rooms, offices and social areas of the offices are designed on the first and second floors. Individual offices were designed on the third floor, and residences were planned on the fourth floor and beyond.
